President Instructs Government to Double Pensions
Prime Minister Zurab Zhvania said on October 27, that President Saakashvili instructed the cabinet to increase pensions by the beginning of January, 2005.
“We should increase pensions, which amount to 14 Lari presently, by twice from the beginning of next year,” Zhvania said.
