Patarkatsishvili, New Rights Consult on Election Cooperation

Talks are underway between influential tycoon Badri Patarkatsishvili and the opposition New Rights party over the possible nomination of Patarkatsishvili as Tbilisi Mayoral candidate.

?He does not want to simply run in the elections; he wants to win. So he is studying all the [elections-related] details now? Consultations have started and we are now waiting for the political decision of Badri Patarkatsishvili,? MP Mamuka Katsitadze of the New Rights party told Rustavi 2 television on September 5.
