Burjanadze Visits Czech Republic

Georgian Parliamentary Chairperson Nino Burjanadze is paying a five-day visit to the Czech Republic to discuss cooperation issues with Chairman of the Senate P?emysl Sobotka, Prime Minister Mirek Topol?nek and Foreign Minister Karel Schwarzenberg.


During the visit, which started on May 12, Burjanadze will also meet First Deputy Defense Minister Martin Bartak, who was in a Czech delegation led by Prime Minister Mirek Topol?nek, which visited Georgia on May 10-12.


From the Czech Republic, the Georgian Parliamentary Chairperson will leave for Latvia on May 17, according to the parliament?s press office.
