Putin Congratulates Saakashvili on his Birthday

In a brief letter Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated his Georgian counterpart Mikheil Saakashvili on his 39th birthday on December 21.

?I congratulate you on your birthday. I wish you and your family good health and well-being,? the letter reads.
