Georgian PM Ignores CIS Summit

Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli will not attend a summit of heads of governments from the Commonwealth of Independent States scheduled in Minsk, Belarus for November 22, according to the PM?s press office.
 
The motives behind the decision are not specified.

Officials say that President Saakashvili is still planning to attend a summit of the CIS leaders in Minks on November 27.
