Tests include 100 questions. Prosecutors have to answer correctly at least 75 to advance to the next level.

Georgian and foreign observers are monitoring the testing process.

The Justice Council told journalists that approximately 2200 persons have applied for the tests. Up to 950 of them are acting prosecutors or detectives of the Procuracy. Today’s tests are for acting prosecutors.

Georgian observers state that the tests are very well designed and the process is also very transparent.
