Foreign Ministers of breakaway Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Transdnestria held talks in Moscow in frames of the Community for Democracy and Human Rights (CDHR), an organization set up by three secessionist regions, the South Ossetian Press and Information Committee reported on March 23.
The de facto Foreign Ministers discussed the issues related to the activities of the CDHP, as well as the preparation of the forthcoming meeting between the secessionist leaders scheduled in Sokhumi for April 10.
