Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin held talks with UN Special Representative in Georgia Jean Arnault in Moscow on November 15, the Russian Foreign Ministry reported.
The sides discussed the current situation in the Georgian-Abkhaz settlement and focused on the necessity for the strict implementation of existing agreements, including the 1994 Moscow agreement on ceasefire and the UN resolution on Georgia, according to the Russian Foreign Ministry.
