Georgian Foreign Minister Visits France

Georgian Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili left for France on a three-day working visit on November 6 to hold talks with his French counterpart Philippe Douste-Blazy and other officials.


Along with the bilateral cooperation issues, the sides will also discuss prospects for Georgia?s integration into Euro-Atlantic structures.


?The goal of our visit is to mobilize our partners in order to make Georgia?s way towards Europe more effective and quick,? Bezhuashvili told reporters before his departure.


From France the Georgian Foreign Minister will leave for Bulgaria to participate in the Ministerial of the New Group of Friends, which includes representatives from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania and Bulgaria.
