Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli will submit a detailed roadmap for implementation of Tbilisi?s peace plan over South Ossetia at a special session of the Parliament on December 20.
Tbilisi?s peace plan, which was supported by the OSCE Ministerial Council in Ljubljana on December 6, envisages three-stage resolution of the conflict by the end of 2006.
