Russian Foreign Ministry delegation is expected to arrive in Tbilisi on April 13 to hold talks with the Georgian side over comprehensive framework agreement between the two countries, as well as on the issue of withdrawal of Russian military bases from Batumi and Akhalkalaki.
Last week a group of Russian experts from the Foreign Ministry held talks in Tbilisi over the military bases. The sides refuse to unveil details of talks before the negotiations process is not over.
