(Tbilisi, September 11, 2003, Civil Georgia) – Georgian Justice Ministry reported this morning that the law enforcers recaptured 26 convicts out of 129, who escaped from Rustavi top security prison late on September 10.
The jailbreakers are described by authorities as “particularly dangerous.”
According to Interior Ministry’s spokesman Paata Gomelauri the police blocked all roads in and out of Rustavi, near Tbilisi.
