(Tbilisi, June 26, 2003, Civil Georgia) – President Shevardnadze, members of the government and all the leading politicians arrived today in Batumi to pay condolence to head of the Adjarian Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze on the death of his wife.
The delegation of the breakaway Abkhaz authorities and the Russian State Duma also arrived in Batumi today.
Maguli Gogitidze died on June 22 from severe disease.
