CEC: Voter Turnout 29.1% at 3pm

117,227 voters, accounting for 29.1% of all registered voters, cast ballot in the by-elections by 3pm, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC).

The highest voter turnout in the mayoral by-elections was reported in Khulo, where 40.6% of voters cast their ballots as of 3pm, followed by Zugdidi and Chiatura with 32.8% and 32.4%, respectively. The lowest voter turnout was reported in Marneuli – 22.6%.

Voter turnout in the Parliamentary by-elections in Mtatsminda constituency stood at 21%.

In Sakrebulo by-elections, the highest voter turnout was reported in Sagarejo, where 56.4% of voters cast their ballots as of 15pm, while the lowest voter turnout was reported in Tkibuli – 29.6%.
