A session of the quadripartite Joint Control Commission (JCC) over South Ossetia will be held in the breakaway region?s capital Tskhinvali on September 14-15, the Office of the Georgian State Minister for Conflict Resolution Issues reported on September 12.
This will be the second round of the JCC?s 51st session, which began in Moscow on August 17-18 and during which the Georgian, South Ossetian, Russian and Russia?s North Ossetian sides failed to agree on ?key issues.?
