The EU-Russian summit in Helsinki on November 24 addressed all the issues that are ?important for the European Union and the Russian Federation? including issues related with Georgia, EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana said after the top-level summit.
No other comments were made about Georgia at a joint news conference held after the summit by Russian President Vladimir Putin; Finnish Prime Minister Matti Vanhanen, whose country holds the rotating EU presidency; and President of the European Commission Jos? Manuel Barroso and Javier Solana.
