New Chief of President’s Administration Appointed

Presidential aide for economic issues Eka Sharashidze has been nominated for the position of Head of President’s Administration to replace Giorgi Arveladze, according to the President’s press service.


The position was vacated when Arveladze was appointed Economy Minister on November 20.

“She [Eka Sharashidze] is a very good manager, a Harvard-educated professional,” Giorgi Arveladze told reporters on November 21.
