The EU special representative to South Caucasus Heikki Talvitie will visit Georgia on January 23-25.
After talks with Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli and other Georgian officials in Tbilisi, the EU envoy will visit the breakaway South Ossetian capital Tskhinvali and hold talks with the leadership of the unrecognized republic.
