Head of Finland?s border guard service Jaakko Smolander arrived in Tbilisi for a three-day visit on August 8 to discuss cooperation with his Georgian counterpart Badri Bitsadze.
The two plan to sign a memorandum on cooperation during the visit. Smolander will also visit Georgia?s northern border with Russia, according to the Georgian Border Guard Department.
