Chairman of the breakaway South Ossetian government Yuri Morozov paid a two-day visit to the neighboring Russian Federation Republic North Ossetia Republic, the Press and Information Committee of the unrecognized republic reported on August 5.
Morozov met with North Ossetian Leader Teimuraz Mamsurov and Chairman of the North Ossetian Government Aleksander Merkulov. Issues related to the integration of the two regions and economic cooperation were discussed during the visit, according to the South Ossetian Press and Information Committee.
