Davit Morchiladze, the General Director of Tbilgazi, the gas distribution company in the capital Tbilisi, filed resignation on June 2.
Davit Morchiladze, who was appointed on this position last summer, said at a news conference that he has accomplished his goal by ?laying foundation for the company?s further affective functioning.
He said that Giorgi Shashiashvili, who was his deputy, will become an interim General Director of the company.
