Georgian PM Visits Uzbekistan

Georgian Prime Minister Zurab Nogaideli will pay an official visit to Uzbekistan on April 17-18.


Reportedly, Nogaideli will focus on economic cooperation during his talks with the Uzbek leadership.


It is also anticipated that the Georgian PM will discuss Uzbekistan?s role in GUUAM – a coalition of Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Moldova. But Uzbekistan has been ignoring the organization in recent years. Summit of leaders of GUUAM member states will be held in Chisinau, Moldova on April 22.
