Saakashvili Moved to Governmental Residence

Presidential candidate Mikheil Saakashvili moved on December 15 to the governmental residence for security reasons.

Earlier, Saakashvili rejected to move to the governmental residence, saying that his family would live in an ordinary apartment in Tbilisi.

On December 11, National Security Council of Georgia decided to increase security measures for Saakashvili and asked him to move to one of the governmental residences, where he would be more secure.

Acting Secretary of the National Security Council Jemal Gakhokidze said they had information regarding possible attacks on Saakashvili.
