(Tbilisi, May 8, 2003. Civil Georgia) – Georgian State Minister Avtandil Jorbenadze attended today the funeral of four Georgians killed in the South Ossetian conflict zone, causing further tensions in the breakaway region.
Simon Mindiashvili and his three sons were shot dead on May 3 in the Georgian village of Tamarasheni in breakaway South Ossetia. The law enforcers do not report the reasons of the incident.
